Refunds are applicable only if the product has not been shipped (for physical books) or if there is an issue with the digital product (for e-books).
Refund requests must be made via email or phone within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay), and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Downloaded e-books or delivered digital products are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery are non-refundable.
