  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay), and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Downloaded e-books or delivered digital products are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery are non-refundable.
